This à la carte restaurant serves specialities from international cuisine and some typical recipes of the famous Piedmont region, reinterpreted with a modern twist. For example, chestnut flour gnocchi, with local Bettelmatt cheese fondue and crispy leek sauce, mini lamb chops from the Vigezzo valley, with a herb and cardamom glaze, or thinly sliced “Fassone” sirloin veal, in an Ossola valley bacon crust and Prunent wine reduction. All this accompanied by the magical view of the Borromean islands. The Panorama restaurant is open for breakfast from 7:00 to 10:00, serves lunch from midday to 14:00, and dinner from 19:00 to 21:30.
